If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days.
Please include the return form in the box.
We will refund products that are in perfect condition within 14 days.

Yes, you can. In that case, the same conditions as for returns will apply. When you have returned your order, you can place a new order.

Check the parcel immediately upon receipt. If a parcel has obvious shipping damage upon delivery, take pictures of the damage before opening the box. If the ordered product is also damaged, send an email with possible photos to hello@theburger.be within 2 working days. Also keep the boxes and packaging.

The Burger® is great for kids aged 0-8 years. Kids can open and close the Burger® independently from the age of 4. Playing children under 3 should always be supervised by an adult. For such young children, the Burger® should be opened and closed by an adult.

The Burger®’s lid has a torque hinge so it can never fall shut. This makes it very safe for small children. The edge also has a rubber seal that offers excellent finger protection.

The translucent cover may stain your grass when left open for a long time. All transparent materials or glass will naturally concentrate sunlight onto a focal point. If the Burger® has a translucent cover, it is best to put it on a hard surface in a half-open position. On very hot and sunny days, you should only leave it fully open for a short time. The FULL Burger® can be placed on any surface, but we do recommend a level surface.

Yes, the hinge is easy to remove after taking off the distance piece. You can then store the Burger® in a more compact way, transport it more easily and turn it into a mini-greenhouse when your children have outgrown the sand pit.
